WAGE
Frasier Transport determines starting wage on Experience, Safety, Past Employment History and representation upon interview.
Our drivers are given the choice of per mile or percentage. Picks, drops and tarp are after the first are also paid in addition to the wage.
VACATION
Vacations are granted to an employee after one full year of service. One to five years is a full week of vacation, after five years is 2 weeks and so on.
INSURANCE
A group medical which consists of medical,dental,opptical and life is available at 50% of the premium for the employee and information is available upon request for dependent coverage.
RETIREMENT
A 401K plan is available after the first year is completed.
SAFETY BONUS
A safety bonus is given every quarter. To obtain this is very easy. No citations, clean personal apperance, interior of tractor kept clean, no motorist or customer complaints, follows dispatch instructions and maintains 9500 miles consecutively.
Frasier Transport is a drug and alcohol free company. A pre-employment test is required as well as a current mvr showing no DUI’s or Inattentive driving for atleast 5 years, no more than 2 citations in any 3 year period.Valid Idaho CDL.
